From Caves To Waves

In the beginning of March PMW performed for two weekends in a row at the Bella Winery in Healdsburg, Ca. It's a big cave with no dead end, and we got to play music in it for about a total of sixteen hours. There was lots of hay, wine and people! I'd say thousands walking, and many of them quite good dancers. It's always a pleasure to play at the Bella Winery!!

I definately can't forget to mention Murphys Irish Pub in Sonoma, Ca. We always have a blast there, playing for friends and family. This year we kicked off the St. Patrick's Day and brought the house down inside and out.... ya had to of been there!!

The following weekend was our trip down south. We first took off to a place called Moes Alley in Santa Cruz, Ca. It's a well known venue and we were happy to play there. A good band called Po Boys shared the bill with us. They're nice guys and we hope to do another show with them in the future. By the end of the night we went our separate ways and met up in the morning at a near by coffee shop. We spent the day hangin out in Santa Cruz, and played on the street in the evening. We were missing the suitcase though. For the night some of us stayed in a motel with blood stains on the bathroom walls. That was a little creepy.

From there we left to go to San Luis Obispo. On the way there Josh and Aspen got there surf on, while getting demolished by waves! I took a pleasant nap on the beach. A few hours later we arrived at San Luis Obispo, Ca. What a happening spot that is. That night we shared the stage with Devil makes three. There were three of them. I thought they had good songs. They rocked!! We had a lot of fun playing there!! Thank you all for your support to make it a full house of around 450 of you!!!

Back in Sonoma county at the Mystic theater in Petaluma was another great show. The band Flow Motion kicked it off for us. Those boys can play!! I must say the highlight was when Josh Brough took his kuzumpett (an instrument that looks like a trumpet) and used it as a beer bong! Unfortunately the problem was that it leaked all over his mariachi outfit. OOOOOOOOHH NOOOOOOOOOOO.... Eli Jebidiah also was wearing a mariachi outfit but managed to keep his a little cleaner, as far as I know. Anyway, back to the music. For the last song "Rockstar on the weekend" we had the Flow Motion boys and Travis O'Donnel from Hillside Fire back on stage for a magnificent ending!!

We are looking forward to our next trip to Sacramento at the Blue Lamp Lounge then to the Divided Sky in Tahoe. That will be a luxury ride in our new 40ft. tour bus! A special thank you to Eli Jebidiah and everyone else who made the bus happen!!!
